Cost $333 on carid for the intake

Depends where you live, plastic will keep cooler where as metal when it’s hot that thing is HOT

@@MP3BOOSTED I'm in Ohio. Not sure what to get. CAI inc uses a aluminum tube that's insulated. K&N uses both depending on which kit you choose. Power gains go back and forth depending on which KZbin channel you watch.... Idk

You can, just won’t be that deep v8 sound, will have a difference to it but you can put exhaust on any car

If you're worried about throttle response get the pedal Commander

Thanks for the feedback I already got a s and b cai it’s pretty good notice a slight difference comparison to the k and n drop in filter, I’ll probably end up getting a chip soon just debating on which one to get doing my homework on all of them but not to many good reviews on the 5.3
