2016 Dodge charger dashboard cover removal n replace

This video is about 2016 charger dashboard cover removal n replace... you do not have to remove the windshield nor do you have to remove the complete dash assembly... this is about an 8/9hr task so do not let this frustrate you take your time...
tools you need for the task:
Short and long Phillips screwdriver
Short flathead screwdriver
7mm 1/4 drive socket
6.5mm 1/4 drive socket
Panel popper or plastic push pin tool
Written instructions:
1. Find all the screws to loosen the dash
2. Remove the top dash speaker grill ( (3) 7mm none Phillips head screws)
3. (4) 13mm steering column screws to drop the wheel down
4. After locating all necessary screws you should have the glove box unmounted, after that is done look straight up and remove the (2) airbag 10mm screws that’s connected to the dash frame once done so the dash cover should come straight up
5. You might have some troubles with dash going back on the air ducts but if so install the smaller rounder defrost ducts go on first then the dashboard cover slides right on top then you start the mounting process with getting everything assembled.

Hi there, I had a question maybe you could help me with. I don’t mean to bother, I just replaced my dash and all airbags beside steering wheel and side curtains. Can I re use my impact crash sensors if they don’t appear damaged or shall I order new ones? Worried when I give car power again that air bags might blow

Do you have to do anything extra to replace the airbag as well like reset the computer or any sensors that were damaged ?

no, only if your airbag module is bad which rarely goes out but anyway long as you replace the system with new bags that are compatible you should have no issues and the AB light should go off its-self once the system knows there's no open circuit (complete)
