2016 Freightliner Cascadia Automatic DD15 Shifting Problems. Bad XY Shifter

Automatic Freightliner Cascadia shifting problems. Bad clutch? shifting back to Neutral. Problems changing gears when engine is cold. #freightliner bad clutch sensor#freightliner cascadia bad clutch switch. #DD15# 12 Speed. Bad XY shifter.

Wassup guys that’s a split pin bushing issues it’s located inside the transmission make sure when you going to change it tell your mechanic to change a clutch at the same time cuz when they going to work on it in order to replace that sucker split pin bushing they will drop the trans down well it’s better to change the clutch during that procedure you will save money and saved you for couple more years cuz clutch also goes bad by time don’t forget that good luck to ya all !

The Cascadia has an automatic neutral if you have the parking brake on.

I have a problem with the gear timing between 11 and 12 as well as 9 and 10. Does anyone have a solution to the problem?? He engages early.. Help

Have you had any news on this, having similar issues this king it may be an air supply problem.

I realized I was starting the truck before properly warming up and it was winter out here. If I leave the temperature to rise to about 100 then this problem doesn't occur. Also, I'm giving air time to move through my trailer before I drive. I have not had the problem again

I have same issue but mine is shifting from D to N while I’m driving on heavy traffic! Please any idea did you fixed it ?
