I was more interested with the race and the other steam units. Driver only controlled the brakes and speed. Fire man didnt do much. Feeding the fire was operated via control valve....

So the crew on a 260 tonne Garratt doesn't do much of interest? Oh well you can show them next time your're riding 6029! The "Race" is held every year.
