Korean cars can be a pain. Lots of different options. Sometimes you have to keep trying different Autel remotes to find the right one. The letter coding EF, LP etc can be confusing. Another great vid from Nicky, the Master!

GREAT GREAT my man. But I thought when you plug the device inside of the obd2 port there is like a connect you would have to use?? or is that only with hellcats and srt’s??

immobilizer light was on when u started the car? 47 or 8A smart card. How to know if it is 8A? Ha, hyundai / kia likes to make changes mid year. It creates a lot of confusion. I have a 2016 kia and I bought ebay key for it even they look the same. End up I needed a 2015 key. ALWAYS match up the FCC ID first!

Matched up the FCC ID and bought a key from ebay. Read the new key using my KM100. Chip model (PCF7952A), IMMO type (HITAG2+EE(ID46), Coding (Manchester) all the same as the OEM good working key, but Locking Status is Locked (so is the OEM one). When I do the last step to touch the start button, it failed. Do I need a unlocked key? How do I unlock this new but locked key?
