Mercedes Benz C class W205. Demonstrating the ability of the Mercedes Benz Active Parking Assist on the Mercedes C200 AMG package. Hope you enjoy the video!
This car is a real cruiser machine. Especially in comfort mode. It drives so smooth. In Sport plus mode it turns into a sports beast with the time of gear changes decreased by 20% compared to sport mode. It's a C200. Same 2 liter as C250 and C300. C300 is a little different. Mercedes C180 has a 1.6 liter engine. C400 is a real beast for a six cilinder. C450 AMG has amazing sound. POV point of view. Current camera: SONY HDR

Update: Check out the new Mercedes E Class W213 2017. It will release 2016 . The display console is integrated in the dashboard.

Perfect video. It’s been quite of a challenge finding quality video to clearly provide directions on how to use this parking assist feature. I tried to use this P, but it won’t activate once stopped. Perhaps I needed to put the car in reverse?! My wife was cute - smiling as this MB is way too technical, but love the luxurious options. Will try again, and hopefully this time it will work.

I think the problem might be with your sensors bevause in owners' manual says clean your sensors always before going anywhere. I think it is stupid thing to clean your sensors everyday 2 or3 times but i clean my ml sensors every 2-3 days when i wash it. great video and very nice car.

during the parking section. the curbs are very very low. I dont think I have seen a curb like that. in Los Angeles.

+MercBenzKing there are areas here where the curbs are so high the the average car barely opens. this is mostly in older locations that haven't been reworked.

+areen khachadouri i don't like high curbs too much in albania alll the curbs are so high and when i had a s350 4 years before there was one place where my friend couldn't open the door. i had to adjust the supsensions and again it was very dangerous.

I just got a c200d 66plate three weeks ago and I don't think I have this on mine 😥 also they told me I would have privacy glass and it didn't have it. So I have to get it done myself,i thought that was quite bad from Mercedes-Benz.

I was using park assist for the first time on my 2018 c class coupe today. I was happy with the position of the car before the end of the menouver. I just switched the engine off and the steering wheel lock banged on. It didn’t sound very nice. When I started the car up again, the dash read (park assist cancelled). Are the any components that could’ve been damaged?

Natalie Costin I doubt it. Whe you turn the ignition off the steering lock, gearbox lockup,handbrake all activate. You should wait until the car stops. If you do happen to break the gearbox it will cost you £1000,s to put it right.

hello, a question: most Mercedes models with built-in telephone, are equipped with UHI connector and a cradle for a specific model and brand (eg Siemens S75). Is there an inexpensive solution to replace the cradle with a reducer where the UHI connector can be connected directly to an iPhone 7? or is there a diagram to make this yourself, and if necessary to connect via a bluetooth module? Automatic parking in the slot. Mercedes shows dumb when one adjecent side is empty or shortend. It works when both slot sides have cars filled in.

Thanks! Chances are high that the C class facelift (probably end of 2017/start of 2018) will have a different display similar to that of the E Class.

Hey! Als je de achteruitrijcamera neemt dan is dat inclusief actieve parkeerassist en parktronic. Hopelijk kan die dat ook zonder camera, maar ik denk van niet.

+N Ahmed It's called the c200 prestige with AMG package. It looks more like avantgarde. Make sure you get the amg styling. Than you have the same body and bumbers!

Same as in the Auto - you put in reverse, select OK to use Park Assist, you control accelerator and break. You change to 1st gear when required.
