This montero sport will be assembled in indonesia as ckd in april 2017 but it only for indonesian market but for export market still produced by mitsubishi Thailand. And for indonesian market it available on glx exceed dakar rwd and dakar 4wd series. For glx and exceed still equiped with 4d56 engine and dakar series equiped with 4n15 engine.

What is the diffence between Montero 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 in terms of apearance and functions? I have been watching reviews and I see them look the same. Is it possible that model 2016 would be refered to as model 2017, model 20017 as model 2018 and and so forth?

In Saudi Arabia or UAE the Montero sport is not offered by the manual transmission. It is available by the automatic transmission

here in indonesia, we have 3 trims: GLX 5 - 6 Gear Manual 4x4 Exceed 5 - 6 Gear Automatic 4x2 Dakar 8 hear automatic 4x2/4x4 automatic transmission (i had the completely built up model so yea, i got the dakar trim 4x2)

Great review! I cannot wait until I can begin to review some Mitsubishi's in the coming months. Mitsubishi should really bring more of this type of styling to the United States. Mitsubishi as a brand, in the U.S. at least, is sort of dying. I also really love the front design of this vehicle, which is similar to what you find in the Outlander. The rear design definitely is on the quirky side and will only appeal to certain people. Personally, I like the styling; it is bold, aggressive and has a very daring and elegant look to it. Ito bang Montero 2016 ay wala ng sudden acceleration problem like the previous model, ba solve na ba ng Mitsubishi yung problem na yun? I like this car more than the Fortuner but with that problems before I'm a bit hesitant to buy this one when I get home. Please give me some feed back from the buyers of this model.

I think Mitsubishi has already addressed the issue of SUA to their 2016 Montero. So far wala naman nangyari na SUA sa latest Montero nila. But if you are hesitant sir, maybe you would consider other SUV's like the EVEREST and the TRAILBLAZER. Pero mas maganda sir if Fortuner, kasi maraming piyesa at maganda ang service ng Toyota.

para sa mga mapag marunong dito, totoo ang SUA nagttrabaho ako sa JLR(Jaguar LandRover) AUS, and may mga issue din kami ng SUA. kaya lang ang JLR di kagaya ng Mitsubishi Ph, ang JLR nung nagkaissue una inembestigahan, then pinarecall ung particular unit and model. 2nd kung ano man nangyari sa owner binayaran sila ng JLR danyos perwisyo at binuyout pa ung unit nila.
