The badger pattern seems to be the toughest oil pattern for me mostly because I like to crank a lot so it doesn’t come back in on time

Did the actual telecast sound like this? If so CBS sports has dropped the ball on the sound quality and you would figure a major network would not mess up twice with this! I am bowling league during these telecasts and didn't get the chance to watch them live.

Wow I didn't notice it until the 2nd time I watched but Frankie's first shot in the tenth wasn't actually that bad, the ball just picked up within the 1st 15 feet of the lane :O So he was right to move off it but just didn't move enough. Pretty amazing how he spotted the ball picking up in that shot though

I agree though I realize the PBA and USBC is trying to attract a wider audience. I really think it comes off rather lame. I think they would if they want to improve the image bowling needs modern screen graphics, showing ball tracking, angles, shot shapes, oil dynamics, slow motion ball shots, physics of pin fall etc. It may seem nerdy but for a nerdy sport that I love, I think the newer viewers want or might want to know what makes bowling a sport and why it's not just chucking a ball down a lane. But please drop the MC thing.....just annoying

i realize the business of bowling is struggling, but if they're going to give stuff away, they shouldn't have ringers answer the quiz questions. Jackie Bowling from last week used to work for ESPN and i think still works for XtraFrame and is an industry insider. This little girl has been to many bowling exhibit shows as a promoter and I think she gets paid to promote the sport. If they're doing giveaways, give stuff away to real fans, not insider plants. And I agree the MC is lame.(I've seen KZbin videos of this little girl at a bowling exhibit convention talking to CDB. I think it's on the InsideBowling channel).
