2016 Santa Fe Sport Rear Dif. Coupling Change

I haven't had 4 wheel drive for a few years.
I tried replacing the actuator and that didn't fix the problem.
After removing the old coupling there is something internally wrong with the assembly. It only took me about 1-1/2 hours to swap and that was with some issues getting to the bolts. I hope this helps someone diagnose and fix.
