@@DaveO-ts8dw yes, it is a beautiful piece, more oil, cooling fins, drain bolt location so that you dont pour oil all over the brace and skid plates, love everything about it

This is a great benefit for heavy mods or towing plus it will remove all old oil and not leave any left during oil changes. 👍🏻

i am going to design a "straw" to go up into the pan and pull out the last qt. with a vacuum tool.

@@mikethetoolman8776 yes similar to bmw tcase tool like a spiral u shape pipe. Or change oil on ramps this will help a ton and get the most out of

@@Dentprotony actually a great idea! just lifting the front of truck up 3 foot off the ground should help a lot!!

@ 3 ft will be overkill but standard ramp height will help greatly. Old oil is not a deal breaker , to me it was about added capacity and drain plug location more , old oil drainage was a bonus for sure

@@Dentprotony, my Denali has everything on it from banks, except the new oil and trans pan. It will likely have both in the near future, too!!!

@@Dentprotony the cooler oil temperature is good to so the oil don’t burn off and oil that gets to hot don’t perform the same and the type of oil matters too t6 is cool but not the top three amsoil and filters the best

I got it about 2 months ago and just now had a chance to install, i believe i paid late 400s , these seem to be in the 450 ballpark now

Unnecessary gimmick. The stock pan has weep holes in the drain bung that allow ALL the old oil to drain

Meh i had right over 1/2 a quart left in mine, there is no holes in the bunch, gm is not that bright , that’s why your oil is pouring all over the skid plates and crossbrace at every oil change
