Where I work in the middle east, heat is a major concern. So it helps a lot for the passengers in the rear to get some ventilation. Subaru does great engines but could put a few more effort in terms of comfort too as their rivals.

No it is 100% on your end. The content creator controls the qualities available. Also, my request is for LOWER quality options (144p, etc..) so as to be able to download videos offline that take up less space/data.

I can watch this video in 1080p without any problem on PC with Chrome. And 144p is indeed available, or maybe it became available after you asked for it.
