The reason that these era Vantages, especially the V12, are so beautiful is because they are designed to evoke emotion. Full rounded aesthetics, from the interior to the exterior, in great detail, surround the driver and passenger, and all other viewers close and afar off. This car is the designer's "masterpiece", his passion. The V12 is just topping on the cake. As illustrated in this video, the 6.0l, actually 5.9l V12, is the largest engine that can be crammed into this car's engine bay. I dispute that it is a "large engine" because 5.9l really isn't huge by my standards for a car even of this size. The power is what I would expect, and it is plenty. The car can actually hit 60 from a dig in the 3.9s on a good day, good surface, and a good driver. These cars aren't designed to be supercars, they are designed to exude the passion of its designer, and to be driven by someone wanting exclusivity and to demonstrate class. This car should be thought of as a fine suit. Sure, other suits may fit as well, and have similar features, but that perfect suit is worth the extra green. I, however, do think they are somewhat overpriced when considering how much they can potentially appreciate in the future. It is an amazing car. . .

The ratios for the 7 speed are weird. In most other cases with a similar transmission the 6th is your typical overdrive and the a much taller overdrive for highway cruising in 7th. This one only seems to have the 7th be an overdrive and not a very tall one at that.
