Very good that he didn't solder in the PCV. PCVs don't typically fail but you want an easy removal in the case of one becoming defective or damaged. Positap is the way to go.

Nice work guys, but I noticed throttle position was at 4% at idle when it should read 0%, there is a way to correct this, not sure how on the S1000RR but I'm sure Zack's Dyno buddy will fix it ! Really enjoy watching this series, keep up the great work.

Brady MacGillis It show 4% until bike is started because throttle plates are open that much so bike can start. Once running shows 0. 👍🏻

PowerCommander will not work long term/without fault codes. 2017's need the O2 sensors plumbed in. Only option currently is the RapidBike Race which can accept leaving the O2's in place.

I just had a power commander 3 put on my 2005 cbr1000rr and I don't see a difference. I have bmc racing filters and a straight piped exhaust, combined with the power commander I was expecting to feel a difference but I guess I'm going to have to upgrade my sprockets next

Joel Schub the shop that installed it went through 15 different maps so see which one ran best. The only difference I notice is the idle seems smoother and it doesn't smell like unburnt fuel anymore.

just brought the 18 model got 2 slight problems doesn't like going 30 to 40 kph smooth without jerking and has a strange ticking sound at low revs ..like puting a playing card on the forks on a pushbike as a kid.. and the card hits the pushbike spokes whyle it's turning . I need to hope to fix these problems..can't see this bike doing that as a new bike.. it's a 2018 with 12000 km. cutting into the factory wireing harnesses is not what the bike tuneing dyno shop said to me they told me it was all plug in. .so watching you cut that in is confusing now.
