I purchased a fully loaded 2017 Lacrosse with the premium trim level and couldn't be happier. I absolutely love the way it rides and handles, especially with the sport setting on. It has so many options I'm having a blast learning them all. It is by far the quietest, best riding, and best driving car I have ever owned. It handles like a dream on any road I’ve throw at it, has plenty of power, gets excellent gas mileage and is super comfortable for long trips. And I think it is the most stylish car on the market, not gaudy but sophisticated in its looks and styling. I tested a number of competitive models from Lexus, Kia, Hyundai, Nissan, Acura, BMW and Lincoln and they just didn't compare to this car on features for the price and in many other ways. Anyone wanting a luxurious, quiet, great handling car, with plenty of power may want to take a look at the Lacrosse!

Shane I loved it so much I purchased the final year, same color but Avenir rather than the premium version. It is virtually identical and I absolutely love the car. I miss my old Park Avenue Ultras, but this car is so much better in so many ways, especially with all of the newer safety equipment such as blind spot warning, lane keep, and such. I also love that it has a sport mode. It corners so well and man can you burn some rubber if you want to! Perfect car for me. The only thing I would change is to have a v8 in it because I loved the sound of the one I had in my old Lucerne, but this v6 is so smooth and produces so much power while still making decent sound at full throttle, I’m content. Absolutely love this car!!

Lol! I have a 05 Buick Park Avenue and it was totaled by the insurance company it’s one of the last 300 two tone SE’s ever made’ over 5k to to repair body work and framing from getting rear ended on the highway. Now it’s going to be my project car I have owned for the past 9 years’ I will be purchasing me a LaCrosse as my second vehicle

Excellent review! After I totaled my $80,000 Mercedes, I purchased a tri-coat white Premium model with the same interior shown in this video. This car is far more luxurious, in my opinion, and drives 10x better than my German vehicle did. I highly recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a great AMERICAN made automobile. You will not regret it.

strange, they both use similar levels of injection mold, both have similar material placement, both have similar levels of parts bin sharing between their companies, and both are FWD platforms based off lower end chassis. and both offer mostly the same luxury features.

nothing earth-shattering or dynamic but Buick has made a gigantic Leap Forward here with the new lacrosse. it is definitely a genuine contender for people who are not too concerned with racing around town, but want a really good car that has essentially all of the bells and whistles you would really need to look for in a new vehicle. Bravo Buick nice work

It's not a bad car. I miss the Buick of the old days, like the Roadmaster, LeSabre, Electra 225, etc. At least the portholes are on the side, where they belong. The horn sounded rather weak, though, compared to that of, say, the last Roadmasters. The 1991-96 Roadmasters had a REAL, GREAT-SOUNDING HORN!

Any time I hear the name Buick I think of old people driving slow dull cars... This is rather impressive, not mind blowing impressive but impressive none the less... and Buck has a decent name in reliability according to JD Power and Car Complaints. For 1/2 the price of a Lexus LS I have to say this is certainly an interesting entry into a luxury sedan, for luxury on a budget this is certainly a strong contender.

Actually Buick used to be known for some of the coolest and quickest cars. A lot of people are too young to remember the Buick Wildcats and Buick Riviera's of the 1960's. When the average Ford or Chevy were running 0-60 in low 10 second or mid 9 second range, those Buicks were doing it in the low 8 seconds. And yeah, in the 1960's, the average Toyota or Nissan (Datsun) were doing 0-60 in the 15 second range!

Well done Kyle. That car is missing features older Buick have. The trunk is too small. The downsized Buicks of the 1980's were the same length and they had larger trunks. I am not a fan of the headlights. There should be a quad headlight design. That headlight design says low end model. The seat controls should be on the door panel not on the side of the seat. You do not pay good money to stick your hand on the side of the seat. I do like the digital gauges. I am not a fan of the window design either. that tired six window design is on every car out there and looks out of place. It looks worse on the Cadillac XTS and CT6.

Why do so many concepts become more conservative in production when we have the technology to go 1:1?? The exterior styling looks lost, as though it's an incomplete thought, but when you see the concept it originated from, 2:13 it's clear the thought was complete. You cannot tell me a deeper cut line in the door panels and a more chiseled rear was creating an engineering problem or a safety problem.

Let me be honest. That start/stop feature in this car, which you CANNOT disabled makes this car un-buy-able.

I like the start stop. Save fuel after 7 sec. And it's quiet when idling. It only does it when the engine is warmed up and not when it's cold.

The front headlights turn when you turn the steering wheel, for when your going around a corner.

$48k for that, man I would have a hard time not getting an SS sedan instead, but then again that would be if I could find one. I know they are slightly different markets, but for what you're getting as far as interior bells and whistles plus the mag ride.

Have u seen the SS interior? 🤮 This Buick shits on every Chevy interior. My first car was a new 2004 Chevy s10 and I owned a 2004 Tahoe z71 for 4 years.

Buick cars have the slowest shifting transmission I've ever seen. This one seems like it had a small improvement but still very sluggish.

That front fascia sure does resemble the CLA and the rear looks like a mix of previous Camry/Civic Lol

Am I the only one that feels that slab of padded vinyl that is over the instruments and then pulls back towards the windshield, looks like an after thought? Can't help but think how clean the dash pad could have looked without this "add on".

As much as I love how Buick has re-invented themselves it makes little sense for GM to have two luxury car brands. Why did they get rid of Pontiac and keep Buick? If it weren't for China they'd be a lost cause
