It's all about the options that come with the car or how you order it. My 2019 RS V6 1LT has sunroof, 9 speaker Bose, 8 inch touchscreen, 20 inch run flats, hid headlights, led taillights.

Did I ever love my camaro the same exactly like mine which was a total loss on april20 17 my husband passed out at the wheel he went threw a fence hit a tree and up over the bermof buffaohot wing come to a stop was in ICU for 8 days broken ribs tail bone chiped he don'tremerber nothing ....and our friend broken back z my husband had too bones broke in his back it ran off the been of roadup the hill 60 miles per hour god had his hands on both of them plus my first payment was not do until the 24 never made it we think the coating sprayed on the inside and outside there had to be some kind of chemical in the spray for him to blacked out going to get 2018 black metallic beautiful I really miss it thank for listening to my story;!!!

To get the same options as on the 2lt for the 1lt you would have to add the technology package.

Pretty hard to tell the difference from the exterior. From the Interior and infotainment system, you can see a vast difference.

I had a 1990 RS when they 1st came out. It cost like 13 grand. I could not afford the Z28 or Iroc Z. I loved that car. T TOPS. Thinking about buying a 2SS no more V6. Own a Chevy Silverado LT Z71 Rally 2 now., about the same gas mileage. My kids have there own cars. No need to use the back seats. Insurance will be no issue at my age.

Ok! I think some of you should just go with the 2SS. Had a 2014 LS and a 2015 RS 2LT but wanted HP and I got it now in a 2017 SS 2SS.

Some would actually prefer it. the v8 wont handle like the v6, so if thats what youre into. There was a time, not long ago, when ford and chevy v8's put out less power than these 6's. with the 2016 weight reduction, this car is plenty fast for most people. I used to think of v6 models as an abomination but not anymore. Too bad ford shit the bed on that end.

@@ek07305 the v8 puts more weight in the front of a rear wheel drive car, pretty simple. I dont have the weight distribution in front of me but all things equal, the v6 will certainly have better balance. That said, its a fairly large car with good traction and i have yet to drive either. Cant go wrong either way, provided nothing breaks and you can live with the view and people asking why u didnt get the ss. On paper and from what ive heard, 2016+ v6 is great sports car for the price.

@@TheFreshPeddler It certainly is right for the price. If I had to grab the V6 I would go for the 2018 2LT RS (under $25k now) and change the wheels to 1 LE wheels and do a delete muffler. I already tried the V6 (and 5.0 mustang GT) from a rental back to back and I think V8 camaro 2 ss 2018 would be the next thing to own. Now nothing with mustang but it was too sluggish for me. I think the GT350 is much better (that growling sound is different). I will have both in due time.

Darius Floyd are you high? Camaro murdered mustang in 2016, and the options are MUCH different. Screen size, entirely digital gauge cluster, led headlights, don’t even get me started of when you get to the SS. I had a 2015 Camaro and dude I’m telling you, GET A 6th GEN!
