2017 Chaparral 4.3 Volvo Penta Overheated exhaust alarm resolved

I've got an 06 Chaparral with a 350 Penta, it runs and sounds fine with water hose hooked up. When I put it in the river it fires right up and after maybe 5 mins of running it starts beeping and the throttle is super weak. Had trouble getting it back to the boat ramp.
