Reach or not a 1LE vs GT350 will happen before the end of the yr. Results will depend on track size.1LE will be some 100lbs lighter the GT350, I don't see it a big reach. Stingray was over 1 sec faster then GT350 at Big Willow in C&D test. The last strait does favor GT350. Expect a pretty close battle at the finish line.

I'm a ford guy but I love this new 1LE. The competition is good for us buyers because we will get a better car regardless of which car you go with. I just prefer the rev happy coyote over the LS engines. Can't deny the torque of the LS engines though.

no the carbon brakes are very expensive on the corvette there $9,000 almost on the old c6 on the new one its like 14000 because you need to add the stage 3 aero package. yes of course any iron brakes are going to have fade if tracked !

The black hood is to reduce glare from gloss paint when on track. Plus, it's just a vinyl wrap, not too hard to get it off.

Mainly for autoX I want the 1LE V8 so so bad and I hope hope HOPE the come out with that green. The v6 looks awesome as well but for me its just not what I want. That's said 1LE V6 vs base1SS... interesting comparison. Again all comes down to autocross for me.

know for sure it's not more track ready. told z28 head carbon ceramic brakes it had magnetic suspension and had PTM and also a lot of other tricks stuff on it. plus wide ass pirelli slicks. remember Goodyear tires are not good! lol

Everything about cars is a compromise of sorts. I so want my wife's and I new track car to be a 1le or z** but with me being 6'3" (dammit seems to limit your options in some sports cars and walk into low hanging branches more often) and my wife at 5'7", we need adjustable seating which seems to be impossible with an aftermarket bolt in seat which could give me more headroom with a helmet on.

jeff rosenberg Woah, I wouldnt say Focus ST is better than Mustang GT, but Fiesta ST is actually as good as Mustang GT when it comes to driving thrills and entertainment, Focus ST is kind of fun to drive but its lack of traction compared to Golf GTi is very noticable and 270 ft pounds make it tricky to exit corners because it does that unwanted violent oversteer, Fiesta ST too steps its back out but way better than how FoST does,its very progressive and linear and light feeling doing that while FoST has a violent torque steer and back end twitch, I purposefully chose Fiesta ST over FoST due to this,Mustang GT is definitely very good,although some magazines say its very bad, I felt it too be very neutral handling RWD car,

4:30 - No lumbar seat adjust, on RECARO option now, still no DTC paddle because NASCAR is a worthless POS for seeding tech to street cars, Euro knows how to get their tech into their cars and trickle it down to entry level. GM always find ways to cheat the owner in the options list. Ford GT Stang, i can't option sport pack w/ paddles and other crap options. Went with 2015 SRT 392 stick, have no options grips because they already loaded, you pick the seatbelt red or black wheel color and sunroof & Pzero summer
