2017 Chrysler Pacifica Dashboard Removal Tips (Evaporator Removal)

Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to video this whole job in better detail. I couldn't find any videos on this newer gen dash removal, so I wanted to cover some key points on where the trick parts are. Besides your typical dashboard removal steps (trim pieces, connectors, center console) the job is pretty straight forward. The only difficulty is the HVAC case is bolted to the BACK of the dash, so you either need to remove the dash from the vehicle entirely, or make enough room to crawl in and unbolt the case from behind. Once you remove all the electrical, all the bolts including the 2 under the wiper cowl, the dash pulls back without any major hidden snags.
