I saw a Japanese guy who cut off some of the plastic on the down side of the seat and managed to lowered it down even more. Interesting solution for small riders.

Interesting solution. Haven't heard of it before. I'm going to pin your comment for other people to see.

I've owned this bike for 9 months now, and is hands down the most fun I've ever had on a motorcycle. Unbelievable handling. Braking and suspension are top notch. Tons of power, an absolute riot.

It's truly an amazing motorcycle. May I ask why you ended up selling it? Would be interesting to know what kind of downsides you experienced
@dereknoel2657 жыл бұрын
I haven't sold it, I still have it. Down side would be the lack of a wind screen for touring, although there is one available I just haven't bought it yet. Anything over 80 mph/130km/h you really start to feel the turbulence. It's geared for low end as well, it starts to suck the gas when cruising at 80-100mph.

At first i had problem to pick either to choose 939 or 939 SP. Consider ohlin and others i choose the SP. Well its a wise decision. Just came back touring from Singapore to Krabi, Thailand and back again. Oh boy i tell you its a nice bike. To hell what will people say when i put touring pack on SP it still look nice. Good job ducati.

Not really my style of motorcycle, but pretty cool in its own way. I like your Ducati much better than this one. Nice ride and overview.

Tim Kreitz Adventures Thanks for your honest feedback. The style is really controversial. I guess you either like it or hate it. One of my best friends doesn't like it at all and he always calls it the ugly duck.

I have been thinking very seriously about buying one of these Ducati Hypermotard 939 SP bikes. However I am being told by the actual Ducati dealers that Ducati are probably not going to be making them any more and after a lot of hunting around all over the UK I can't find one Ducati dealer that has a new one in stock much less has one for me to test drive. Obviously there is no way I'm going to spend £14,000 witout test driving one first!!! Ducati ..... I am very dissapointed!!

I actually love the look of this bike, and did have it as an early consideration before i ended up buying the Tuono. I think if I could afford it, I would have had it as a second back. Whats your thoughts on the Ducati going v4 then, will that mean no more boners lol?
@Raphael19897 жыл бұрын
Good question. I think it will definitely change the character of the bikes, but I'm sure Ducati will be able to integrate a boner factor just for me :D

MCProcrastinator hello there , im on survey buying tuono and 939sp . One question in my mind is tuono agile and nimble ? I mean naughty ?
