Ah man.. when I finally got my first and only pro bike it was a mirra and the best bike I ever owned I'll never forget the times I spent with my 23 friends riding all day just having a blast.. bitter sweet man.. rest in piece dave.. still can't believe your gone man..

had a mirra. a backtrails. a zippo. a revo. and i just purchased a 2000 haro zippo. all original tires. grips. reflectors. looks like the day it left the shop. someone got it. never rode it. stored it indoors. and i got it for 250. i made 2 videos about it. love the mirra bike build. i have seen some of your other bike builds. fun stuff. hello from mt hood.

I have a 2000 or 2001 Mirra 540 air. Red n black. Excellent condition. 1 pc cranks. All original except tires, grips, and chain. Love that bike . RIP Mirra!

Love old Haros! I've owned a Backtrail, 2 different F3's, an 84 Freestyler, and an M7 Master. My buddy taught me to grind on a red Mirra 360 air, and a kid down the street had a blue Mirra 540 air.

I recently built an old backtrail. It took so long to find old haro parts. It's not all original parts to the frame, just like you guys did but it has all the goodies. Front and rear brakes, front load stem, knee saver bars, triple wall wheels, and even haro tires. I've only ridden it twice, the geometry is way out of date lol, but it's fun to look at and talk about hanging in the shop.

I had the Yellow 540 Air and the 1999 Blammo. I've had so many bikes. lol. Hoffman George in blue was one of my favs. Had to buy after market 990 mounts for it though. Wasn't the best bike but it looked so good. All Light blue and chrome. R.I.P. Dave.

I had that same yellow revo it was the first bike I ever bought it's a 2001. I got excited when you pulled it out and then cried a little when you said you was tearing it down. I got the gold 540 from a friend before I bought the revo I just had the frame n fork tho so this video was really cool to see. I owned both those bikes kinda

I absolutely love HARO,S , I had a blue 1987 Haro Sport Freestyler , a 1988 Haro FSX, a 1989 Haro Team Master / w bash guard the black one , a 1990 Haro Master / w flat bottom bash guard grey with purple specks & mother of pearl clear coat , & finally the 1991 or 1992 Haro Air Master neon red . Great bikes , all were tanks Weighing around 40 pounds but all worth it if you had speed on your side

Back in like 2001, I bought a Haro Nyquist Backtrail xPro and I kept it for like a week & it just wasn’t right, this was (17 years ago, I was 16 years-old at the time) I returned it back to the shop where I got it...on my way home from returning that bike (to Ski Market in Worcester, MA) I went into this whole in the wall bike shop in Westborough, MA called Frank’s Bicycle Barn where I looked around, spotted a K2 DMC Pro, which was used, but one of the guys my age who worked there was selling it, he said he was building an S&M Warpig, so the lightly used but well upgraded (primo casket stem, Primo Moes bar 4pc, Primo Powerbite 3-Pc Crank, Primo Super tenderizer pedals, 25t sprocket, Alex Supra Triple Wall 48 wheel set, Maxxis MaxxDaddy 20x2.4 up front, Snafu Rimjob 20x1.95” on the back...I WHALED on that bike for like 4 years, ovalized the Head tube...so then, I was at a yard sale in like 2005 and I bought a Haro Mirra 540 for $10, and just combined the good parts from my DMC to the Haro Mirra...

I've still got my Mirra Pro Y2K. It's white with black straight shooter fork and Mirra signature bars. I pieced it together when I found the frame on sale in 2000, only $150! It turned into somewhat if a money pit, but I loved riding that thing. I spent countless hours on it for a few years. It's got a Poverty 3 piece crank, Alex triple wall rims, and a Poverty seat. After he passed, I stripped and painted the Big Block pedals gold for the #GoldPedalsForMirra campaign on social media. Sadly, I've not ridden it since.

I used to own a Haro Dave Mirra a Haro Cozmo and a Mongoose AKA all from around the year 1999-2000 and for some reason all the front wheel hubs used 13mm axles the Cozmo used the same on the rear drop outs,Can somebody please tell me why?
