You forgot to mention one of the most important feature. Grande has rear folding seats which doubles the luggage capacity, while Civic have fixed rear seats.

ghulam ali bro i agree but this is not only the thing to consider with. like civic have rear ac, automatic handbrake/brakehold, digital speedometer, and a much better design of interior if you compare that with corolla but yeah no doubt corolla has good ground clearance. corolla is made for villages like people who go to village at eid or in vacation corolla is made for tough use. but civic is made for highways and motorways. civic cannot be driven of rough roads. but corolla can easily do that. so simple corolla for tough use civic for highway use

Grande has auto levelling bi-xenon head lamps, automatic rain sensing vipers, reverse link system, automatic smart entry system, rare charging dock (Civic has rare AC vents though), USB/AUX/charging ports integrated in the panel, rather than Civic, in which it’s dumped in the front glove box, 60:40 spilt rare folding seats. Grande has trunk tray and inlay cover for the trunk, unlike Civic. Note that leather and navigation system comes as standard in Grande where as it’s an optional extra in Civic. Above all, the finishing is much better in Grande. Although I own a Civic, but I saw the Grande today and it was impressed. The only think negative about the car is the old school boxy layout of the dash board, the seating position, small box shaped console / armrest and above all the old school lever type hand brake.

Civic is nice but it is missing some features. The exterior of Grande is better. I think that Honda should introduce peddle shifters and sports mode in VTI Oriel. However i like Civic more than grande because the engine sound on the Civic is much better than Grande

@6:34 you said the previous grande didn't had leather seats and civic has leather seats. i think that is wrong . . Grande always had leather seats and in civic 1.8 it is optional not pre installed (you have to pay extra for the navigation as well as the leather seats in civic) secondly i would appreciate if you can discuss more about the rear seats of honda civic . . . i sat in the 1.5 Turbo and i felt that due to the sudden bent plastic corners and very limited width of the previous seats the person gets uncomfortable at a longer route. (the rear seats are not very wide in civic . . there is a huge amount of hard plastic that curves from seat end towards the door)
