Dear uploader, the light spread after installing led is dispersed everywhere with the stock head light cowl... so it becomes inefficient in throwing light on the road.. the led needs a complementary cowl to the light throw efficient like how it is in the dominar and FZ 25...

nice video and i do agree upon the head lights are not good enough for us to view the road but my sincere advice to u to think about the safety of the opposite road users especially the aged fellow who uses the two wheels. the led light beam is so strong that the opposite vehicle users eyes may go black out after you pass by or it will be much difficult to pass you. so pls take wise decision and let safety be the most priority.

Im owning honda dio 2016 model and purchased c6 led headlight. Tried installing with battery supply but results were poor in light pitch and through main it couldnt old too long and gave a burst, is there any alternate ?

How is the light during night? Actually Honda apply a bad reflector, so during night we get a low light.

If we disconnect AHO feature with the help of switch for installing high power led then what about Honda warranty policy. I spoke to Honda service adviser he told me warranty will void after installation of Switch button.

In my opinion, the white LED indicators looks ugly... The stock orange indicators look better even though it's the same old boring ones.. the headlamp looks fine.. nothing wow! But the heating issue isn't something which sounds good. Even though there's a cooler fan inbuilt for the LED bulbs, the battery consumption isn't still less.

Rajasekaran J who is saying it doesn't give mileage....the honda dio company says it gives 60 kmpl but you know on road any scooty doesn't give above 55....so, after first servicing you can easily get 48 to 52 kmpl......and before first servicing almost all scooters give up 35 to 42 either jupiter,activa,maestro edge and other stuffs.....you can go for dio dlx varient...you can buy it

amritanshu rawat no, it doesn't I have done the DC setup on my old Dio by myself a long time ago and nothing has detoriated since then(I am still using the stock halogen 35/35W bulb).I also made a video of it,if you wish you can watch that too.
