Just a quick Video comparing the sound of my exhaust as I made various mods from Stage 1 Stock pipes w/o plugs to full stage 2 with Vance and Hines

Sounds good! Thank you for the detailed! I like to be heard by neighboring cars while on the highway and still sound good. It's not possible to tell " How loud" but I do like the quality of the sound. Well done

Huge improvement. I have V&H with PVCX tune, and Stage 2 cams waiting in box. Going to install them off season by myself renting the Cam tool. Its not too difficult if you have some experience working on cars/bikes.

That was one project (cams) that I wanted no part of! LOL

Sounds outstanding!! Am thinking of updating my 18 RM with: Lloyd’s 558 cams & AF, Freedom Performance header & exhaust, and Tier1 tuner; may add PVCX with remote tuning package later. Love that sound from Vance & Hines!! Have the V & H Slashcuts on my Scout; sounds awesome.

Thanks! I've had V&H on my last 2 bikes and have loved them. Definitely consider the PVCX. Nice to have the tune directly in the ECM versus "tricking" it IMO. Thanks for watching. If you want to see where we ride Lucile (that's her name), check out our channel Changing Lanes (the one I'm commenting with) ~chad

Chad Florian I subscribed to your Changing Lanes channel and watched one of your videos; looks like a cool lifestyle! That’s cool that you can work from anywhere; I’m a Software Engineer so technically I could do the same and may do (again; used to have an LLC). That RV looks great; am going to review your “RV Overview” video tonight. Back to the RM; the PVCX looks pretty cool. Appears that the port is as easy to access as the battery charging port. My dealer is highly recommending Dobeck and Tier1; the latter sounds pretty cool and supposed to be better than other auto-tuners. Having said all that, as a techie, I may enjoy the PVCX.

If you end up going with the PVCX, be sure to get it From FuelMoto. Same prices and awesome support and tunes! Ride safe!

Thanks man... On the license plate... I never got the propensity of some to be paranoid about it... After all, I drive around in public with my license plate exposed all the time. It's kinda out in public already.

Question. I thought the only exhaust vance and hines made for the 111 were the turn downs? They have different tips for the turn downs?
@ChadsStuff4 жыл бұрын
The turn downs are just different pipes. I don't think the tips can be swapped.
@Ryan-td4fm4 жыл бұрын
Ah ok. What are these pipes called? Been looking for my dad's roadmaster
Doing same waiting on pipes,did you use indian cams
@ChadsStuff6 жыл бұрын
Yea.. Indian cams, installed by dealer. That was one thing I didn't want to mess with!

Chad Florian what fuel motto,Don't you use indian flash
@robertmorgan92426 жыл бұрын
I just seen your video on that thanks,would dyno do the same thing
@ChadsStuff6 жыл бұрын
Dyno does the same thing only it's tuned to your bike. Using a fuelmoto tune is way better than Indian stock and can be done your self with just the PVCX. A Dyno tune is the best way to go as that's customized to your bike. Then, if you have the PVCX, you can back up that rune as well as tweak it further if you feel like digging into the tune.

Chad Florian do like your pipes are they loud enough
@mybudinesd45457 жыл бұрын
I agree with you shouldn't have to be concerned about your plates but there's always that one knucklehead out there ready to do harm.
