They’re amazing. If you’re getting an automatic get a 2014+; if you’re getting a 5 speed manual get it from 2008-2011. In 2012 the switched the transmission factory for the 5 speeds to Mexico from the USA and the quality when down. That has nothing to do with where it’s made, just something interesting and useful to know

I have the 2015 4 x 4 Patriot and I'm actually getting about as much mileage as you are. I had to put a few things into mine but not terrible. I love the way it handles and it is very good in the snow and going through the mud in my yard which it really doesn't slide on its own accord.

Mt wife has a 2011 jeep patriot great car only 54 t miles but here in t he last couple year it started cutting out put a new pvc valve on didn't stop and help woul d be appreciated.

Nice man I’m glad I found this video because, and this might be blaspheme for some but thinking of trading my 2020 Tacoma TRD sport in sand color for a small SUV. And I saw this jeep 2017 4x4 in the Mojave sand color too. The truck is great and I love it but an SUV would suit my needs. This was before Jeep became garbage, I did own a renegade before the Tacoma and it was utter crap. But other people I’ve chatted with said no issues with the Patriot.

The wheelbase on all trim levels of the Jeep Patriot are the same, the differences are with the powertrain and other interior/exterior options.

It's a no fuss daily driver for me. I disagree about not needing 4 wheel drive if it snows where you live. In that case it would be a 3 season ride.
