Really old school for a 2017 model truck. Russians are good at building spartan, but rugged vehicles. I bet this thing is built like a goddamn tank to handle their roads and climate. And if it can handle Russia it can handle anything.

It looks a little out-dated but I don't think it matters for a work truck esp. in Russia, in fact I prefer how the older, simpler trucks looked instead of those "metro-sexual" looking trucks, for example some of those newer Mercedes trucks.

Basically it is a redesigned of the American International CO-220 truck and that came to ZIL-170 around 1969, the predecessor of all-KAMAZ trucks in the road... The ZIL-170 then developed by newly KAMAZ designer to be KAMAZ-5320, 5410, 5511, 55102, 53212, 53213, 4310, 4410, 4510, etc...
