I remember test driving the M6 back in 2006 and it was cramped and ticky-tacky. It look like they’ve upped their game but enough for a 6 foot five driver? The Altima fit me better then and was a great car. I’ll miss her

the exterior and interior are top notch but the rear seat space is lacking for a mid sized sedan. They should have also included a engine option that offers more horse power as well

This comment is just a suggestion, but when reviewing a new model year of a vehicle, please let us know what's been updated. As an example, the 2017 steering wheel in the 6 is from the CX-9, as well as the drivers info display in the instrumentation cluster. Also more sound deadening has been added. Regarding the infotainment display, it is only operable by touch when the car is not in motion. Once the car is in motion, the control knob by the shifter must be used. Appreciate all the great reviews.

I didn't like how the hole on the bottom part of the steering wheel where there is that satin silver part was actually filled in, unless it needed to be removed because the one I tested just came off the truck. Also, I could operate the infotainment via the knob while parked.

Seriously, I would go buy this car right now if they had a V6 option. I have an '04 Mazda 6 3.0 V6 and I love it. Mazda was really geared towards a sporty feel back then..Mazda, GO BACK TO YOUR SPORTY ZOOM ZOOM STYLE. ADD A V6 OPTION. Not to mention, EVERYONE ELSE WANTS MORE POWER TOO

The Earlier Mazda 6's, up until 2013 had a 3.7L / V-6 / 272HP option !! Then in 2014 Mazda dropped the 3.7L / 24V / V6 option all together and just have the 2.5L- i4 Sky Activ as the only available power option in Canada / US market !! Why Mazda did this is beyond my comprehension BUT ever increasing government gas mileage / emissions ratings come to mind !! I have driven a 2012 M6 with the V6 / 3.7 option and the extra 100+ HP power is great !! I wish Mazda would return the 3.7 / V6 as another engine option !!!

I love to drive my Mazda, but there's a difference between driving it on a nice (curvy mountain) road for FUN or driving on a crappy road to commute with potholes and cracks where the car hits your spine at every pebble or crack on the road! Mazda also needs to put ANDROID AUTO and APPLE CAR in EVERY trim, and add ventilated seat to the leather option.

they have a turbo 4 in one of the cub's and has more power than the 6 did by far and is a much cleaner engine emission wise, where i live a turbo 4 means speeding tickets and here in winnipeg canada they charge you through the eyeballs for speeding, yes it is a nice car ,give option of adjustable dampers

I owned a 14 Mazda 6 GT. The 17 interior is certainly nicer than mine. However, the ride was harsh as miles grew on those 19 inch rims. Also, the noise levels while driving increased. I traded it in 40k miles. It does get alot of stares for its outside but it needs a higher output turbo or V6 IMHO.

Asaaaah ferrrchrisssakes Mazda, ya blew it for 2017. No v6 or turbo again! Nobody cares about g vectoring. I'm in the market for a sedan but I'm not paying 30 grand for a stinkin' 4 banger AND which gets worse mpg than the year before. Fix this $hit for 2018 already! (The 21 year old v6, 165000 miles, in my Fraud Contour sounds quieter!)
