Is the headrest button at the passenger door a “dummy button?” Mine only works on the driver side, but not the passenger side. I am embarrassed to ask the dealer 😂😂😂

yes it does. automatically when you shut off the car and you can also drive with them closed, i.e. I've used that function to pull into my 2 car garage when my other car is in there.
