2017 Mercedes E 400 (333hp) - 0-100 km/h acceleration (60FPS)

Short acceleration test with the all-new 2016 / 2017 Mercedes-Benz E400 (W213 E-Class) delivering 333 hp, 480 Nm of torque, 4Matic and 9G-Tronic transmission. As we are in Portugal to test this stunning piece of technology we of course were not able to test higher speed accelerations but will make sure to let those follow once we have the car on the Autobahn again. First impression are that the 3.0 V6 Turbo sounds quite decent, through a new active-valve exhaust system that opens the valves in Sport+ mode. On the other hand there's especially the low noise level which sticks out at our first contact. Echt cool, dass du die neue E-Klasse jetzt schon im Video hast. Echt ein geiles Auto. Die Bildschirme sind ja echt super, wobei das bezüglich Spiegelungen und Auflösung wohl in der Realität nochmal besser rüber kommt und noch deutlich schönere Farbkombinationen für den Innenraum bestellbar sind. Finde auch gut, dass Mercedes für Leute, die den Tacho analog wollen, diese Möglichkeit ebenfalls anbietet, was ja so auch nicht üblich ist. War das ein offizielles Presseevent in Portugal und hast du noch Videomaterial drumherum?

Erstaunlich wie stark das digitale Display spiegelt

+beeeneee Es spiegelt im Video tatsächlich sehr stark wobei man aufpassen muss. Die Kamera fokussiert teilweise das gespiegelte und nicht die Oberfläche des Displays. Mit dem menschlichen Auge kann man das besser erkennen, trotz dieser extremen Sonneneinstrahlung.

E43 engine is worse. Some made E400 engine up to 660hp by chip

+SimonW1974 Der neue 400er Motor is schon seit einiger Zeit ein 3.0 Liter und hat den 3.5 Liter ersetzt.

+SimonW1974 Wobei du Recht hast. Der CLS hat noch den "alten" 3.5 Liter Motor mit 333 PS, hier ist aber die Basis die auch im neuen GLE bzw. in der C-Klasse als C450 / C43 genutzt wird...klasse Motor!

+Automann-TV Hallo nochmal. Ich habe jetzt noch einmal genauer recherchiert. Der E400 (W212) war zunächst ein 3.0 V6, dann wurde der Hubraum (9/2014) auf 3,5ltr erhöht. Also gibt es im W212 2 Hubraumvarianten des E400 (Biturbo). M 276 DE 30 AL und M 276 DE 35 AL. Letztendlich hat man sich wohl auf den 3.0 ltr V6 einigen können. Beide Varianten haben das gleiche Drehmoment und die gleiche Leistung. Desweiteren möchte ich betonen, dass ich mich immer auf neue Videos von dir freue !

Hallo. Mir ist beim Stöbern aufgefallen, dass der E 400 (W213) 3,5 ltr Hubraum hat. Kurioserweise hat der neue E 43 AMG wiederum 3 ltr Hubraum, genauso wie der C 400 und der C43 AMG. Warum das so ist, ist mir ein Rätsel.

durch den höheren Hubraum wird der Fahrkomfort erhöht, da der wagen ruhiger Läuft als einer der mit Turbos zu geballert ist. und beim E400 wird mehr Wert auf Komfort gelegt

4.9s - never! Look at 0:37 ... first "click" of the throttle. The pointer show 100 at 0:43 ... thus nearly 6s. The C450 is 4.9s fast, but much lighter and +37hp.

Grundsätzlich bin ich von dem Interior wirklich begeistert, aber an diese gelben Ziffern und die gesamte Optik des Tachos werde ich mich wohl nie gewöhnen können. Das passt, in meinen Augen, einfach nicht zu Mercedes-Benz. Bei der W/V222 S-Klasse ist das noch klassischer/schöner gelöst, finde ich.
