I've been a driver for 6+ years. Have done freight and now fuel hauling. Looks like this has better clearance/turning radius than a lot of other trucks (curb sniffers). Plus there's a lot of storage and convienent locations of tools. Love how the entire front end opens up like that. I want this truck

Not sure how I found your channel Stavros, but excellent videos. Watching all these little extra features that European truck manufacturers have used makes me really wonder when North American manufacturers will finally enter the 21st century. Those Euro sleepers are so much more well designed and spacious despite them being a smaller cubic space than what's available over here on conventionals. Granted, I'm still never going to give up my big hood conventional Pete so long as it remains legal to drive, but NA builders could certainly take some notes to increase the amount of storage in some of their smaller sleepers.

My favorite truck is Scania T-series limited, the torpedo Scania, its not made by factory but is a very expensive conversion ,very limited production,I think is done by small company and they booked and sold out,- for a long time. That truck is a killer....I just hope You could do a long-detailed Tour and TD on it....maybe they would let You do it,why? well Your tours of the trucks are one of the best here on U-tube. TH
@Aardvark8926 жыл бұрын
I understand that this and other videos like it that you release are to demonstrate a vehicle that you sell to people who probably already know a lot about trucks like this... but would you ever consider a "tutorial" video for enthusiasts such as myself that don't know all the little gee-gaws on a truck and would like to know what they're for and how they work? For example, the retarder and exhaust brake. I've never driven a semi of any type, longnose or cabover, American or European, but I'd love to know how such things work. Just a suggestion. Regardless, thank you very much from Oregon for a great video on a beautiful machine!

Von Pieper good idea but if you're from Ontario or Quebec this Scania needs to comply with the 80,000 lbs limit 40 tons weight limit of US states MN,NY,MI,VT,NH,OH,PA, & ME due to this Scania truck or Lorry (Ireland & UK) being rated up to 44 tons 88,000 lbs

Being from Canada, i do truly wish this truck could be able to run here, but the next best is for the N American manufacturers to really look hard and adapt all these ingredients of the Scania. There are more driving features on this model truck than on must high end luxury cars here!
