I’m extremely pleased with my 2017 Impreza Limited GP. Love this car. Not the fastest car on the road but it gets me down the road at a good clip. All the voice activated features keeps my eyes on the road which is more important to me than how fast I can go from zero to 60. Subaru sent me a Dyson vacuum weeks after I made the purchase and last week a portable charger for my electronic devices. Impreza is very impressive.

It's one of the best car in 2016 in Japan. I think this car is good enough to buy.

I can see a bit of WRX influence in the current Impreza Sport, which isn't a bad thing in my opinion. It's a shame that a six-speed manual isn't offered, as the five speed option seems a bit dated, but overall this new Impreza seems to offer a lot for the money.

My opinion: padel shifters are neat. I would kill for a 6spd manual. If they could push the engine to power up to 200hp it would be a civic killer through and through, if they could keep the price in line with them

Just grabbed my sport 4 door. Loving it. One of my biggest annoyances was how the boomerang lights were just 'cosmetic' and obviously not illuminated haha Question, did you notice the car accelerating a bit harsh or were your increases in speed more fluid? I felt like 1st gear would jolt into 2nd before it became a smooth increase.

for the price of the limited, I'd probably just jump in to the WRX base. only a couple G's more and you get 100+hp

A little disappointing that it only comes with a 5 speed manual for 2017, was hoping that 6 speed was in the works for lower highway rpms and additional gear choice to get the most out of the engine. I really love the sport package however and hard to argue against awd here in the NE.

Take it is easy with the vocal dive at the start of every breath. Everything starts high and fast and dives down into normal talking. It's a little tiring to the ear. Add a little more rise in the middle. The handful of times you do the rise in the middle, my ears relaxed a little and it was nice.

I've been looking,studying/comparing cars in the compact class and i think this might be my choice. I was really looking at the Corolla and love that they have standard LED headlights but at only 132hp....it turned me off....at least the Impreza has 152 but damn,how come we can't get at least 175?? Anyway i think i would go for the Limited....i want those LED headlights lol. I bet the 2018 is much the same.

Polestar Wes Slow? This car isn't slow. I pass by people all the time. If you want to talk about slow, look at the Sentra.
@austinshoupe15067 жыл бұрын
Slow is a complicated thing. You can shove this car and the CVT will get a little more out of the engine. More importantly, it's a stable ride. You aren't going to be using your brakes nearly as much as with others.

The 2.0 sucks. Replace it with the 2.5. 30 more horses would do wonders. Don’t get the base model. Steel wheels and hubcaps, is a huge zonk. In 68,000 miles, we lost 12 hubcaps. Get the premium trim, and you get aluminum wheels
