man this dude cant keep his hand stay still with that big card.... and is so careless, theres already so many scratches and other damages being done just within this video. i stopped spending on layton a long time ago because they are so rough with my dam cards, i recieve most of the cards with scratches. they are careful with corners tho, but its impossible to get a PSA 10 quality from these guys.

LaytonSportsCards pressureing with left finger rushing through cards is efficient for u guys. ive got many hits from u guys with scratches left to right then i went back to the video and saw how its done. i get it you have a lot of cases to break everyday and dont have all day to go thru every single card treating them as $1000 cards, and that is totally understandable. but i was constantly getting cards with scratches in the front side of the card and i just cant deal with that anymore so im just gonna stick to buying boxes myself

@@DC-nc9cn I am sorry you feel that way, but these cards are handled by apprx. 18 different sets of hands before they even get to us in case format... a very large percentage of cards come out of the packs with damage and scratching. Also I am not sure how you determine how much pressure he is applying through a video... I can tell you that I am 100% sure he doesnt squeeze or apply pressure to any cards more so than anyone else out there who does breaks. Our shipping is second to none in terms of quality and safety as well. If we ever damaged a card out of a pack before shipping it to you and you felt that way, I am not sure why you did not reach out to us first to give us a chance to replace it or make it right... Rather than commenting on a video from November of 2017. Our email is [e-mail] and we have always gone above and beyond for any of our customers that have had an issue.

LaytonSportsCards LaytonSportsCards 1. the video is in my recommendation. 2. whats done is done im not the kind of guy who likes to cry and ask for refund/compensation, thats too much trouble for both ends. 3. i sold them raw on ebay because they are not gradeworthy. they are rough with cards especially matt focusing on time, its painful watching them break anything. also see 5:43, stuff like this just happens too often. has the audacity to try and argue with me, im the one who got cards with scratches(one of them is a big hit), so shush. learn to respect the cards. time is important but so is the condition of the card to us buyers.
