Forgive my awful audio intro (I was testing out a shotgun mic, terrible idea). Learn what it takes to make the XLE grade for Toyota's 2017 Corolla.

I really appreciate how in all your videos you don't mind mentioning some shortcomings or things you don't like. It's nice to see a completely honest review, especially from a dealer.

Jonah Cooper thank you kindly. I'm not a dealer...I write a blog about Toyota and Lexus vehicles primarily. Thanks for the comment and props, appreciate it.

Very nice car. But definitely not many major differences from my LE Eco Premium. I do like the multi LED headlights as opposed to the bi-LED headlights on mine. Push Button Start would've also been nice. Crazy the XLE doesn't have a leather wrapped steering wheel. That's ridiculous.

Evan Danielsson I'm glad I'm not alone in questioning the leather wrapped steering wheel. Haha, someone needs a coaching session at Toyota for that decision.

To get the smart key/push button, moonroof and Etunes plus on the SE and LE , you need to get the premium package.

Yeah the XLE is supposed to be the general “luxury” trim

The SE and XSE also have multi-led headlights and full red taillights. To get the smart key/push button, moonroof and Etunes plus on the SE and LE , you need to get the premium package. The only features the XLE has that the SE doesn't have is chrome door handles, heated leather seats and power driver's seat. Why can't the SE have power driver's seat? My old Camry SE had a power driver's seat
