I bought and installed these on my 17 GT.... Yeah they are perfect! It added a small rake to my car with the front a little lower, whew it looks good and it tightened it up some! Easy install and great price.....

In order to get those bolts out of the shock and wheel hub we had to use a jack to take the pressure off. They do not just hammer out.

Hi Bill, will I need caster camber plates with these springs to be able to get alignment back to factory specs?

Hey bill just installed these and i love them!!! Perfect drop and the ride quality is almost exactly like stock but handles way better! A question though, i have read that after install some of the bushings need to be “clocked” and retorqued under the cars own weight what are your thought on this?? My car doesnt have any weird noises or anything coming from the suspension. Just want to make sure if its needed or not before i get an alignment done. Thanks!!

3:27 Take note if you're following this guide, he's installing those bump stops incorrectly on the front. The flat part should go in the shroud first with the rounded end at the bottom.

No they are not specific, front springs are 225-330 lb/in, rears are 800-900 lb/in.

I’m new to the mustang world. After the alignment will I still have excessive inner tire wear from the drop? I have an 18 pp gt. Thanks

With a proper alignment you will not have any uneven tire wear.

Any one knows the lug and bolt size that you have to hammer out? Or the link to the part#? That part is a pain to hammer out is not that easy how it looks here some tips?

Lol right. I had to use a electric jack hammer gun. They probably had the bolts already pre lossened for the video.

What do you do when even when you swing at your bolts with a 20lb sledge hammer they dont pop out?

Get a 30lb sledge hammer? Sometimes they can be stubborn and a little PB blaster can help.

I had to use a air hammer, they only come out easy in the vid because they installed them on a brand new car. Everything is going to be harder to come out on a car with some miles and wear on it.

How do you do a alignment with no Caster camber plates

If it goes past the factory specs you can use camber bolts to adjust it further.

james3v you don’t need plates if the drop is only a 1 inch drop anything more than a 1 inch then yes

Couldn’t you just lower the spring bucket instead of dropping the subframe ?

No, it wouldn't be enough clearance to get the spring out. Its a bit of a challenge compared to how easy this video showed it.
