I don't think the driver-side plastic panel was properly anchored in place with the first two (2) clips... (look at how the panel moved up as you were installing the 3rd clip @ 4:05).

What type of mounting bolts did you purchase for the install. I purchased the Uhaul kit and the bolts and washed were not included.

Funny, just got done DIY with oem hitch for $425 including the factory plug and play wiring harness. $1500 is more like you're paying for labor cost..
