Had a few people ask if i could make a step by step on how to take the bike apart to replace air filters.
hope this helps and give you guys a bit better idea of how things work and go together.

THX! I change the air filter and the streiner of fuel pump and wash the tank ( little white paint ) PERFECT

Its not to bad compared to some other competitors were you have to remove the tank as well. Its like anything though, easy when you know how. 👍

What an absolute joke, lets see, alot of us by this bike because of all the marketing and talk about how off road it is. On a recent 2 week back road adventure i had with 5 bikes and tons of dust, we all did the right thing and cleaned out our filters 2 times during the ride. Image having to do this to the africa twin around the campsite at the end of a days riding? This bike was not thought out to be the bike they advertised and what some of us use it for. If it had been it would not be such a pain to do. Fine for your highway riding but get a grip, honda. You advertise the bike as a dirt road machine but then stick this stupid air filter system on us.

Mate I just got back after a 3 week trip in the Simpson. 6500kms and I ran pre filters. Wen I was away it was the dustyest shit if ever ridden mainly the bull dust and I never touched the bike. I got home and pulled the pre filters out and they were dirty but not bad. The main filters had not even have a spec of dirt on them. So in my oppinion there no poor design it's just a shit idea how hard it is to pull off.
