2nd Ace Award- I love therapy dogs! I do have a therapist and her little Chihuahua is a certified Therapy dog and he's so sweet. He likes to snuggle. Definitely made me at ease. I do believe dogs (and cats) know when something is wrong because our dogs would come into my room a lot when I was crying and a few of them who were big enough would let me lean into them. Man, this story, I love hearing stories like this because even when something horrendous happens, there are still positive stories like this to help balance it out and give these people a little light. Breeder of the Year- I love this award because I do feel that good breeders are the backbone of the AKC. If I do get a purebred, I will make sure the breeder I pick is AKC approved. Cocker spaniel was the first dog my family ever had so they'll always have a special place in my heart. At the time it only me and my one brother (my youngest brother wasn't born yet) argued over a name, so my parents called him TJ taking our first initials and combining them lol. I do remember from watching the NOHS finals they did say that the Breeder for the Terrier group would be up for Breeder of the Year. Wouldn't it be something if she and her mother got that. I would love it since I love Beddlingtons. I've never own a terrier, but my aunt has always owned terriers (she currently has 2 cairns), my family has had stubborn dogs before like one of them, Lily, liked having her way even though she was an Australian shepherd mix lol. My brother and his family use to own a Chow Mix while stationed in CA. Unfortunately they couldn't take him with them when he got stationed in England, so one of their friends, who helped them watch their dogs when they were on vacation, adopted Tucker (the chow's name) and he has been very happy. My brother originally wanted a 'big dog' for himself lol. They still have their corgi mix, who is actually getting up there now since he was my sister-in-law's dog before they got together over 10 years ago. Congrats to the Herding group! No surprise either since Rumor came from them. Breed Trivia- That one is a process of elimination anyway since the other 3 breeds mentioned were originally bred in 3 different countries- Canada (Lab), England (Airedale), and France (Bichon). Toy- I'd be scared to get a toy dog because I can be heavy-handed and I'd be scared I hurt a dog or step on one. But I do love some of these breeds like my fav is the Havanese. Whenever I take those "Which breed is good for you" almost always I get a Pug, but I don't want to get one simply for the breathing issues. Congrats to the Pug for winning though! 3rd Ace Award- When it came to service dogs, the search and rescue ones were the first ones I learned about as a kid because I remember hearing stories about them. Wonderful story about Inspector Gadget. Sporting- Bring in some of the most popular breeds lol. My family once had a lab/greyhound mix. Sadly the dog died young because he got cancer, which is common in labs sadly. It was a big shock because it was so sudden. He was only 3 years old. He had the temperament of a lab but physically looked like a greyhound (body wise at least because he had a big chest and long legs and he was a jumper!). My favs are the Setters, but I do love some of the spaniels, like the Brittany. I don't know if I'll ever get a sporting dog though because I don't want a dog that is too clingy. Nice to see the English Setter get into the short list. Congrats to the Weimaraner! I do love the look of these dogs! Great show so far! My fav groups (Herding and Terrier) will be in the next video.

NOHS Finals- Omg, 2 of my fav breeds in this group, the Beddlington and Pumi. So happy the Beddington won too! This is one dog breed I would love to have at one point. Not possible now since I still live with my parents and I know purebreds cost so much. Plus, there's no local breeder in my area. So yeah I have to be patient lol. Non-Sporting- Happy to see my fav Non-Sport make it into the Top 8 at least- the Lhasa Apso (sp?). My mom said if they do get a new dog after our current one, they do want a small dog since my parents are getting up on age and want a dog that can manage easier lol. So they were looking at the Bichon and Coton as options. Well my fav let's player will be happy. He has a Frenchie and her name is Bernie. 1st Ace Award- This one really gets to me since I have Autism and I know how hard it can be to communicate with people in person. They dogs my family has owned over the years has helped me in ways and it's why I am such an animal lover. They come with no strings attached and are so much easier to connect with in my opinion. Hound- As much as I love dogs, I doubt I'll ever get a Hound because they are barkers and I have sensitive ears. Like our current dog is a mutt, but it's obvious he has Hound in him and his high pitch whines and deep throat barks just kill my ears. I love him still though and at least he doesn't do it all the time. But out of the hound group, I am more partial to the sight hounds, especially the Saluki. Darn shame about the technical errors, missed some good breeds like the Borzoi, Irish Wolfhound, Scottish Deerhound, and the Greyhound. Oh, I do like the Basenji but I worry about the yodeling being pitchy. Okay this is all I can watch for now. I'll try to watch more later.

Good choice -Weimeramer . This is better judging than " CRUFT"--who pick 3 poodles ( 3 sizes in one group).
