Nice car, looks great in this color! Nice music choice for the video. I drive a 2017 A4 so recognized a lot of the features of the car. The sportback is nice! Great job!

So the whole week I was left geeking out with this 2018 Audi S5 Sportback. This is a great sedan and made even better with its amazing engine and driving dynamics. why are you pushing the car on dirt/gravel roads?? that's not what Quattro is all about and you're gonna jack the bottom of the car up. If you were doing that with my $70k S5, we'd be having a long talk. Be kind to the car - like the review as well.

I’ve upgraded cameras since this video but not the mic... I might have just been having leveling issues in the edit. I just haven’t heard this exact complaint as of yet and I’ve put out a lot of videos.

I'm looking into buying the S5 Sportback which led me to your video, this one in particular. So I am not familiar with other videos you have put out since then, b/c I am not a regular follower of the channel. My computer is the latest gen Mac Pro, so it definitely was your camera and or the wind interferences with the distance you were when recording, who knows. sounds like you had something similar to the mark 7 mounted, or something and those cameras are best handheld or within 2 or 3 feet from the tripod..but either way glad you got another camera !

The S5 Sport back is just a better car across the board than the 440i XDrive Gran Coupe or whatever it is they call it. Have a Gotland Green loaded S5, including Sport pckg and RENN Chip. 0-60 in mid-3's, quarter in the upper 11's. Air box and larger downpipe coming soon. Fast, tech and HIGH style with legendary Quattro baked in. Ur Quattro!! Also get's really good mpg for a tuned 3.0T and is comfy as hell. 6+ hr road trip stopped once for a drink and 10 min foot ball throw, and back on road in comfort. BMW's come and go as much as Chevy mini-vans on the road.

AxiomAssets Put a video up of your car - I’m looking at getting an S4 or S5 SB, but one of the things I’m interested in is mod-ability and I had thought the only current mods were piggy-back tuners since the ECU hadn’t been cracked yet. The numbers you’re quoting sound awful fast for just a piggy-back!

Robert, get the S5 Sportback. So pretty and with the torque vectoring feature, I can take corners at speeds would never have considered it other cars. RENN chip is prob the best on the market right now. If GIAC comes out with something better, will consider - but the car is brutal fast since adding that. Getting a KN cone filter (ordered), and for now that should be it. All the other hardware the car has, it's gonna be tough for the aftermarket to do better and justify the heavy spends of an IC, DP, etc. The new 3.0T is the same motor Porsche now uses in the Panamera, Macan and Cayenne - it's a gem. No exp. with posting video's sorry - else I would. S4 is also nice and same basic car, but the extra $$ for the S5 SB, it's 9/10th A7 in style. Walter De Silva great designer! Audi in my opinion offers the best package of the German premium cars.

AxiomAssets thanks for the detailed reply! I'm definitely leaning towards an S5 SB right now just for the versatility. My only concern would be the balance - I had a WRX back in when they first came to the states and got the wagon to cart around my mountain bike. But unbeknownst to me they put a softer anti-roll bar in the back of the wagons, so what was perfectly neutral drifting in the Sedan was torturous understeer in the wagon. I had to get an adjustable rear sway bar to make it handle right. So my only concern would be if the SB handling is less aggressive than the coupe or S4 Sedan.

RENN chip German customer service SUCKS!! ...but the piggy back system really gives it a solid boost in power mid/upper range. Car is fast stock, the RENN chip get's it close to RS5 #'s. 420-430hp. 400+ tq.
