Another great review. People say what they want about the X cars but 0-60 in 4.6 sec, 50/50 weight distribution and that exhaust note... What an amazing time we live in. Hey Scott, question, why are you showing the STANDARD steering wheel and NOT THE M steering wheel as shipped with ALL M Performance M235 Mx vehicles? Was the story that they did not have M steering wheels in stock in North America? Apparently they are caching up in the next 5 months. Great video as always, these really seem like good value for money considering the performance on offer. I’m very tempted to trade in my M4 Convertible for one now the kids are needing more room but the X3M could be awesome if they ever release it! 4wd in the UK would also come in really handy with the crappy weather we have here in the UK.

BMW finally did away with the beam across the front bumper, cfr. the previous gen X3 and the current X5. Didn’t like that. New gen. is a lot better looking in that respect. Love it!

X3 M 40i brake specs: Front: Four piston fixed caliper, 13.7 in. diameter X 1.41in. thick 2-piece disk, Rear: Single piston floating caliper, 13.5 X 0.94 (Scott's review mentions dual pistons, but that is incorrect). The X3 30i (4-cyl.) uses Front: single piston floating caliper, 13.0 X 0.94 disk, Rear: single piston floating caliper, 13 X 0.78 disk. All disks are vented, F & R. - Posted by Lotus 7.
