This is more than a Bassline. This is a Bossline. Edit: Also every single unison I heard actually FELT like a unison. You don't feel that often in some other basslines. You hear a tight flam for a unison and you're like "okay i understand theyre trying to do unisons". But BC's bassline this year is what the other lines should look up to. I'm a die-hard Crown fan but this bassline has changed my thinking entirely in terms of basses. I'm not bashing Crown's basses. Crown holds themselves together expertly. BC just does it for me this year in particular.

This Bass Drum Line is something else. Man what a sound and we must give thanks to the percussion instructor. Who ever is teaching this men deserves the Top Trophy. Great Musicians and one hell of a super drum teacher.

I thought that the lines back in the early 90s were insane. My mind continues to be blown by the evolution of the writing and execution of the bass line. Just when I think that it can't get any more ridiculous, I see this! BAC have always had unbelievable bass lines. I've now been enjoying them for over 27 years!

@@samsignorelli I have had no problem hearing distinct pitches from other lines. Hell even BD basses have distinct pitches in spite of the otherwise awful tuning. What I dislike about these cats (and BD, Cavies, Scouts, et.al) is the lack of resonance in the bass voice. The sound is just so dead. They may sound okay-is here, but on the field . . . not so much.
