What rules? Those are not rules, those are agreements between drivers, Sirotkin has any right to heat up his tyres and go faster if he wants to, he wasn’t breaking any rule. It doesn’t matter if it was an out lap or not, Lewis saw the blue flags, he should have moved from the racing line, instead he waited 2/3 seconds sleeping in his cockpit, and then he moved from the racing line, that’s NOT what you’re supposed to do, that’s the way to cause a crash. The fact that he is on an out lap might determine the penalty, which I guess was right not to give, but it definitely is Hamilton’s fault for not leaving the racing line sooner and that’s clearly impeding.

Vettel didn't get a penalty, what are you on about?! Sirotkin and Hamilton were both on outlaps, so Lewis didn't know about him, and since Sirotkin is in a much slower car, it made no sense to overtake Lewis on the last corner before they both go for a hotlap. In Raikkonen's case, Lewis was in the "middle" of the track because he was getting off the racing line to let Raikkonen through, but Kimi decides to go around Lewis. That's not Lewis' fault.

actually sirotkin is magnussen of the day. ham and sir were both on their reconnaissance lap and there is an agreement between all drivers which mentions no overtaking in the last sector of the outlap so everyone can have a clear track position in the hot lap. sirotkin did not respect that that rule and neither did magnussen in monza

I couldn't care less about Vet/Ham fight right now, but what Lewis did was really dangerous and could have ended with disaster for both him and Sirotkin. FIA should be consistent with penalties, just like Vettel got penalised for an arguably less dangerous block on Sainz at Austria. But then again, Lewis wasn't penalised for corner cutting Turns 1-2 in Mexico 2016, blocking Grosjean in Silverstone 2017 and crossing the Pit Lane white line in Germany 2018. He seems to avoid every single typical penalty situation in the past 2 years, so I dont have any hopes the FIA will act. Maybe when somebody gets hurt, they will smarten up and Ham will lose his privileges...

Second, it’s advised you don’t overtake a car if your confident that they will be slower than you. This is due to prevent a situation where you ruin a hot lap, not an out lap in Sirotkin’s situation. However, it was Lewis who didn’t move in time. But it had little to no effect on either drivers qualifying.

So in there egerness to investigate vettel they assumed he didn't turn off his engine then when ferrari proved that he did there was no way they could give him a penalty. This hole weigh in was ridiculous this was so obviously to ruin Ferraris strategy because it will be a massive advantage in the race. They obviously saw kimi do it then saw seb coming in and decided to try and ruin this by selecting him for weighing the desicion was made so late that seb was coming in fast to later brake to pit lane speed when he then saw it flash up that he needed to be weighed and had to react quickly thats why he hit the cone because he wasn't expecting to have to stop so he had to much speed to stop before it. He then realises that they are messing with him so judders forward making sure the slow cone guy knows to get the hell out of the way he then drives on to the scales because no one was in a rush to push him switches of gets weighed but the fia think hay we haven't slowed him enough so the guy in front slowly walks over making it look like he is going to help push him decides not to and vettel sits there with no one pushing him until he decides this is ridiculous and drives off. It's funny how everything gets put down to vettel and his frustration by the commentators but who wouldn't be anoyed when it is so obvious what the fia were doing. Meanwhile hamilton breaks so many rules almost causes a crash but again no investigation for him. I am a great appreciator of what Schumacher did, but Schumacher cheated numerous times in his career, something Hamilton has never knowingly done. Schumacher purposefully spun his car in qualifying in Monaco to make sure no-one else could set a lap, and Schumacher purposefully tried to drive into Hill and Villeneuve during the mid-90's in order to crash into them and stop them overtaking. People may forget but among the fans during the Schumacher era the FIA stood for Ferrari International Assistance. Say what you want about Hamilton but he has never done anything like that.

Lewis should have been penalized. However, what vettel did was also wrong. Weights are taken randomly for any incoming car driving to the pits in order to ensure cars are in the specified weight range. Drivers are expected to follow all the orders of the stewards and the officials for safety measures and that's why they were asking him to hold the brakes and turn off engine since if he keeps engine on the reading won't be accurate and if he revs up on the scale then the tyre torque may slide the scale from under the car throwing it off at someone.Also, the force exerted by the car on ground is enough to break the scale.

I think Leclerc was better despite being outqualified, it was only less than 0.200, that's nothing really. His pace in the wet was amazing and his time was beyond impressive, but Q3 didn't go his way, but p8 is still amazing, I'm sure he'll bounce right back in the race as he's such a talented driver, so excited to see him race at Ferrari next season 👍🏻

fia this weekend is ridiculous ham kinda blocks rai on a flying lap, almost causing a crash with sir (also ham called sir unrespectful, wtf?) - gets no penalty some safety mafety people in mexico destroyed ric turbo and gets a 5 place grid penalty vet gets in austria a 3 grid penalty for not even really blocking sainz, today a 25k€ penalty for breaking a scale cuz he was in a hurry with the weather RIDICULOUS

Transcript from Sirotkin's post-qualifying interview: "That out lap was as quickest as my any other lap, almost probably flat out, I was coming through there very quick, left-hander, and he(Hamilton) was like stopping to prepare his lap, I went on the left, just, kind of not even hoping that he will let me go, because he was so slow and I was coming so quick. And then like in the last minute I think he saw me and he tried to avoid me, and he gave me the racing line, but I was already on the left, so I had to pass through the grass. " So actually Lewis tried to move off the racing line thinking Sirotkin was on a flying lap. But the fool was not and was already committed to the left of Hamilton. If anything it was Sirotkin who was driving dangerously and not following procedures. No1. Who goes so fast on an out lap making others think you are on a flying lap. No2. Didn't Sirotkin know there are other drivers in front on the track who are slowing and trying to create a gap so they can start their flying lap? No3. If you are on an out lap, once you get to the 3rd sector, you slow down and take into consideration the drivers in front who are also preparing for a timed lap. That is why the stewards did not even bother to investigate. If they did, Sirotkin would have gotten a penalty or reprimand.
