Thank you for your time and work in putting this together. A part of our history that is surley fading but a rich and important part to know. Keep the camera rolling.

From a judging standpoint all entries cooking the same main course makes their job a bit easier. When there's to much variety it's hard to pick which wagon to go with and you could end up with bum steer of a meal.

It would be nice if you did a receipt and not be just another video! We all like to learn!

I presume you mean recipes instead of receipts? All the chuck wagon videos I have published so far (except one) have been recorded during a cook-off event. I have asked a number of cooks several times if they would be willing to share their secrets and was rejected every time. There are two reasons I can think of. #1 Time constraints - They have a limited amount of time to prepare up to 55 meals, one of which must be turned in for judging. #2 They do not want to give out their proprietary contest cooking secrets! However, you do make a good suggestion. I will be covering more events in 2019 so I will keep trying I do like to change my focus about cook-offs from year to year. In the meantime, my wonderful friend and 10-time national champion cookie, Sue Cunningham, has published some recipe books. www.xitmuseum.com/cgi-bin/store/agora.cgi?cart_id=1432742.16202*_Z28Q5&next=92&product=Books If you want to watch videos featuring recipes and cooking tips you may want to check out another famous cookie @Cowboy Ken Rawlins - kzbin.info I hope that helps!
