Don't sleep on this V6. They are very impressive in looks and performance
@leifgreen97244 ай бұрын
V6 is the only way to go, performance is still at the top with any other sports car and doesn't eat away all your gas like a V8. I like to spend my time on the road, not at the gas station

Hey as an owner of a 2016 RS 2LT manual with dual mode exhaust and 6 piston Brembos I think this is one of if not the most accurate and unbiased reviews I’ve seen on the V6 Camaro. & I’ve seen a lot of them. All info was accurate as it pertains to vehicle specs. Drives me crazy when specs are misstated. And I share a lot of your opinion of the car. This car would surprise most people I think if they gave it a drive. Been on Tail Of The Dragon & NCM Motorsports track and held my own. The car shines most on a road course. Staying in higher RPMS & the cornering ability are where they are strong! Great review! Thank you! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I agree, which is why i ultimately ended up buying one lol. I drove at least 6 of them before i did. 1 loaded 4cyl turbo, 1 SS, and 4 V6 models 3 of which were convertibles. And I really liked how quick they were and how they handled, and how the convertible gets rid of the blind spots which was my main complaint. And since its not my daily driver i was ok with a convertible. And thanks for the compliment. I hate it when people only want me to talk about how awesome a car is without giving the negatives. To me that's a waste of a review!

I didn't want to do the v8 car before I got real cameras and mounts! And I wanted to do them in order the 4cyl turbo then the v6, and then the V8. Side note this V6 if nothing to laugh at. It's a true performer, and 335hp stock can easily be pushed up 50 - 60 more hp with the right mods and tune. It's a great middle of the pack option

@charmamillion3 жыл бұрын
Hey James please don't be an idiot and think this is fast its really 264 hp, and you will feel embarrassed, when you get beat by a Kia stinger, 330hp subtract 20% equal 264 rwhp, I would say a v6 is fast to if I'm trying to sell, just being honest.
@LawsonsCarReviews3 жыл бұрын
A few things. 1. Of course you have power train loss. That's in all cars. You never rate a car by wheel hp from the manufacturer. 2. A Kia stinger is a $37 to 50k car with awd. So it should be faster. 3. I'm not a salesman. I was test driving it. I've driven the 4cy turbo and 5 v6 models and the SS. And scat pack chargers, GTR, etc etc. And I can still say this Camaro even with a V6 is a decently quick car for the price. Please don't call people idiots if they like a car 🤦🏿♂️
@mvp88camaro613 жыл бұрын
@@charmamillion for the record a Stinger is also faster than a mustang GT in the 1/4 mile. That all wheel drive is a game changer. I own this model Camaro and yes there’s faster cars out there but it’s still fast in my opinion. Getting a little over 300whp with some bolt OBD currently. Definitely helped to wake it up.
