That kicking and chewing at the end!!! The horse is relaxed and comfortable - that's some partnership!

The horse does it all flawlessly but without enthusiasm. I am not convinced the horse "wants" to do it.

Did you not see those streamers right at the horses' face??? If that horse didn't want to do it, it would have been completely distracted by the streamers. Maybe you should put down the hate-orade and post your training video before you disparage others.

Horse not scared, ear position for listening. Whips are not used for pain, but used as touches, taps for directions.

He's is not whipping the horse. The whips are just to touch the horse.

Wow. Whips and extremely uncomfortable unnatural actions for a horse. With loud crowd and music. Gosh so beautiful. 😐 I ride and train with with ZERO GEAR. No bits, hackamores, halters, saddles, bitch clips, Martingales, and never spurring or whipping even starting a fresh colt on groundwork. Showing is cruelty. Don’t ever think it’s for the horse. It’s for humans only. Bonding naturally with any animal is how we honor them. This crap is a travesty. Shameful.
@playfulpanthress3 жыл бұрын
I'll never understand people like you. Duh, showing is for the humans. But the horse worked hard FOR their human. But you're confusing abuse with showing, and they are NOT the same. It's super insulting to even consider. That whip NEVER touched the horse. Perhaps if you were trained properly, you'd know it is an extension of the arm. In the hands of a good trainer, the whip won't touch the horse. And horses are as varied as people when it comes to crowds and loud music. Some love it, some aren't bothered and some never want to go near it. This horse didn't seem bothered at all. And that's with streamers near the ears as well. Good for you that you ride without any aids. I can see you're very proud of that. But you're so busy judging this young man, did you notice the horse didn't have a bridle or bit? That he rode with his seat. I don't think his heels touched the horse, but I could be wrong about that. My point is he has worked hard with this horse and all you're doing is trying to tear him down. Why don't you post some of your riding videos if you're so good??
