A key point of the game, not in the highlights. At 11:15, Maine's Ramone Jefferson is called for unsportsmanlike conduct for spinning the ball after his TD. Weber State opted to take the 15-yard penalty on the extra point, which was missed, and WSU stayed within 8 points in the fourth quarter.

Football Championship Subdivision.

"For football only, Division I (highest level of college sports) was further subdivided in 1978 into Division I-A (the principal football schools), Division I-AA (the other schools with football teams), and Division I (those schools not sponsoring football). In 2006, Division I-A and I-AA were renamed "Football Bowl Subdivision" (FBS) and "Football Championship Subdivision" (FCS), respectively." In other words, FBS = top league. FCS = 2nd highest league. The names don't really explain what they are. The Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) plays in bowl games at the end of the season while the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) plays in a championship tournament at the end of the season.
