2018 Ferrari GTC4 Lusso review

For exactly six years, the biggest issue I have had with exotic cars has been my son losing his mind when I can’t take him for a drive. As a father of car-obsessed boys, the Ferrari GTC4 Lusso is the best thing that has ever come out of Maranello.
Some argue that Ferraris are meant to be two-seater super sports cars and that any model that tries to bring an ounce of practicality to the brand is blasphemous. Well, if you happen to meet someone with such a mentality, feel free to tell them they are an idiot.
The reality today is that choices for the iconic Italian brand were rather simple: make an SUV or a four-seater shooting brake. It picked the option that still allows Ferrari to produce an amazing sports car the whole family can enjoy.

Who wouldn't want a fully four seater ferrari with a boot and 4 wheel drive and a glorious V12 engine serenading you wherever you drive? It's definitely my favorite Ferrari to date. I do have one question about these new Ferraris with their buttons for it's drive system. You've got buttons on the center console for Reverse, Auto and Launch. But once in gear, how on earth do you get it into neutral?

that sunroof can adjust brightness that enters the car based on the external temperature, and yep, this doesnt appear in any other cars in the whole industry.

If you are 178cm plus, it is gonna get mindly uncomfortable. You can move your feet around but your knees are kind of stuck there.

Used to have a mini which made this much noise. Ended up in court for having a " defective silencer ". Seems it's ok to make a lot of noise as long as you've paid quarter of a milliom for your car. Blatant discrimination!!!

The problem with this car is, that you just can't park with it anywhere... except in your garage, cause you know someone will vandalize it. Unless you don't care about money, and you can just repair it, or buy another one...

The extra difficulty of getting into the rear seats of a coupé are the single greatest-and-most-major reason why the Purosangue will absolutely push it (Lusso and FF) out of the mind of all who enjoy four seats in any car, including a Ferrari. The fact that almost no one enjoys its styling is one of the prime reasons for its used-car pricing falling like leaves in Autumn. It's the invisible Ferrari, particularly if you have it in one of the milder, more bland colors. All of which are the compelling reasons why it is going to be, as the Millennials say, my "forever" car. Mileage in the four-seaters just isn't an issue.

It is our choice to keep the V8 and V12 cars like this over the crappy electric shit... And GTC4 might be great car... but if I have to put my money I'll go strait to Maserati GranTurismo!
