I love my 2010 GMC Terrain! Alot of people tell me it's really sharp looking and that they like it. Has the chrome grill up front and the whole inside interior, the radio has red lighting, which is sick looking at night.

I hope they have fixed the front collision system, we went from 67mph to 43mph in less then 5 sec. Nothing on the road, but us. If that had happened on the interstate, we would have been road kill. We traded that death trap for a Highlander as soon, as we got it back from the garage, and told 'em that GM's fix was to replace all the camera's. Good Luck Danali Terrain Owners.

Love my 2014 Terrain Denali V6 AWD! Love the looks of this one as well but would buy the new Equinox unless GMC gets rid of the push button transmission nonsense.

I may be missing something here, but why is it called Terrain if it's so low to the ground? That front and rear would probably scrape an average curb. I won't mention the price cause it's hallucinogenic.

I test drove one don't like it don't like the buttons to put it into gear and it kind of felt like the ride of an encore personally. however I did like the sound system

Nice looking vehicle. Seats look great with the leather and stitching but the dash board and controls still looked like cheap hard plastic.... I'd expect more than that in a Denali trim, and for the price.

Anyone who purchases one of these (2018 Terrain) just purchased a nice boat anchor. I own a 2012 SLT-1 AWD and in my opinion a far superior vehicle. I have only sat in one of these at the Philly Auto Show. The front seat bases are too short and uncomfortable, the roof is too low, I banged my head rather badly while adjusting myself into the driver's seat, and there is not enough leg room ( I am only 5'8"). I found that my 2012 has way more supportive seats, and has way more leg room. The rear bench now longer moves, which limits the leg room for the rear seat passenger. GM has taken an outstanding vehicle that sold hundreds of thousands, and created a piece of junk!!

Make sure if your in the market for a GMC Terrain. That if you want the 2.0 turbo engine which is 252hp & 260lbs torque. That 2020 was the last year for this engine. Unfortunately GMC stupidly decided to ditch this engine in favor of the 1.5 turbo which puts out 170hp & 203lbs torque or thereabouts. It's a VERY slow engine and not well suited for the size of this vehicle. GMC dropped the ball in my opinion ditching the 2.0 in favor of the 1.5. And many folks on various forums i've read agree with me. Bring back the 2.0 GMC...!!!

What is the right way to turn the engine off? So with this auto/stop feature when i get in my garage and i come to a stop the engine shuts off before i even put it in park, then after hit the P the engine will start again and than i will have to shut it off again, what is the right way to do it?

As you pull into you garage, press "L". Then press the UP button 1 or 2 times (it doesn't matter what the setting is, the computer is still going to select the gear it wants). Come to a stop, "P", then shut down. I had to do the same until I programmed the stupid ESS out.

Toss the turbo! Get back to 5.7 fuel injected. More hp, more torque and no turbo that will fail and be costly to repair. Other than that gorgeous!

Norman Rainville Why is it a bad transmission shifter? Some people won't like it and some people will see the benefits, that's solely an opinion. Also, why is adaptive cruise control a deal breaker? Are you not capable of driving a vehicle without it stopping you from hitting people in front of you while you use you're distracted on your phone?

this video didn't really give any good reason to buy a Denali version of this car. I test drove a slt of this today and it drove nice (but all new cars feel nice). Same price, I'd rather get the Outback. It's not bad looking, but the inside looks more like a gmc sierra pick up truck and not so sleek and curvy as most suv's. it is a gmc, but bit more sleek interior would still be nice, if want to grab more buyers from others in this category. I still think I will not buy a car, even if I like it, if you can't turn off the engine turn off when you come to a stop, feature. The Buick Envision looks really nice and I enjoyed driving it, but it's fuel economy is worse than it's epa rating, so it's off my list too... even though the 2019 you can turn off the engine on/off thing.. Terrain or Equinox is not 100% no yet, but not sure about them.. maybe if I can get $5K of the top trim

Tim Kelly Yeah- the new Disco got rid of any trace of the old disco....can't say I like that very much. I loved the styling of the older Discos because they paid tribute to the original. Retro-modern I think they call it. At least the new Terrain took styling cues from the old one.
