Honda didn't produce enough Manual Accords to meet demand. Ask anyone - they had to search high and low to find one on a dealer's lot. If they did come in, they sold so fast you couldn't believe, before you could even test drive it! It baffles me why Honda wouldn't build more with the best 6 speed in the business. They say they didn't sell, but how can you buy something that isn't available? I feel like they don't really care about enthusiasts when it comes to the Accord.

I found one, black like this, 50k miles, one owner. Immaculate. It’s a dream to drive. While I wish they made more and didn’t stop, I’m grateful they made any while so many manufacturers didn’t and don’t. Like you said about them selling fast..I went to a dealer the day after one was traded in and while I was test driving it, a couple showed up to check it out and they looked straight up devastated to see me in it already. I felt bad but hey, gotta scoop it while you can. Thank you, Honda 🙏🏼

Threre's one for sale near me that I'm looking at tomorrow evening. I have a new Forte GT Manual on order but I've been waiting for so long I'm looking at other options. It sounds like the 6MT is pretty rare so maybe I should snatch it over the Kia. Somebody is going to grab that damn car. Accord is faster and has a better reputation for reliability. It's about $1k cheaper than my new Forte GT Manual. Interest will probably be similar because I'm about to miss the special financing from Kia after over 2 months of waiting and still no VIN. No warranty on the Honda, but do I need one? Seems like the kind of car that's not going to break, just do the maintenance.
