Thanks for sharing the vid. My daughter smacked a curb last weekend in the rain on the front right wheel (2016 Civic). It buckeled the control arm and slightly bent the sway bar tie rod. I replaced both last night and have taken it for an allignment this am. The bend moved the wheel back in the wheel well about 1.5 inches but after replacing all seems fine. Test drove it and all seemed smooth. My only concern is that the frame might have been tweeked but hopefully an allignment will tell. Anything else you think i should be concerned with or to look at?

Do you have to take off the hub inorder to get to the control arm? Or u dont have to

No you do NOT have to take the hub off to remove the control arm. The procedure is identical for the 2018+ accords. You have to disconnect the sway bar links from both sides. Then loosen the sway bar bushing bolts and remove the bolt towards the rear. Then remove the control arm through bolt and compliance bushing bolts. Disconnect the arm from the ball joint and pry out the arm. It's actually not as hard as it may seem. Please don't mangle your car like this video. You'll do more harm than good.

What parts were the hardest to remove and why?

Just getting the lower control arm out and because most of the metal is pressed tightly together
