This is probably the most informative no BS video I've seen on the LX. The two previous ones that I saw said they were showing an LX but in reality it was an EX so they could get you in the door. I thought Honda was above those kind of tactics.

Could of been a Canadian Honda dealer, their LX is better equipped better then the US version with turbo, smart key, among other.

You were smart in getting the LX, the other trims have the turbo engine which has had A LOT of problems with gas mixing with oil.

CR-V is a great vehicle. it also has a CVT transmission, but I would argue it is a better made vehicle overall. ( I may be biased though...)

buy the LX trim, the others have the turbo engine and it leaks gas into the oil, The LX model is the solid one.

In the city as powerful as rav4 and cx5 but only in the sport mode. On the highway it's like v6 even without turning the sport mode on.

Justin Fuller In Canada the LX doesn’t have that gauge, and doesn’t have that head unit either. Only a digital gauge and single knob on the head unit. I prefer having the physical buttons. Too bad it’s not available here!

The CR-V is the number one retailed SUV in North America. I would say it will take care of your needs and most other folks too! It is a great vehicle. Might want to get AWD though based off the conditions you live around.

The LX does not. At the EX level (model above LX) you do have access to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto giving you navigation abilities.

That button unlocks the tailgate. Only EXL and Touring models have a powered tailgate.

I suppose it depends where you spill your drink...lol Anyone with electronic concerns typically buys my base model vehicles. "Less in them and less to break" seems to be the thought process I have found with those customers. For the CR-V though, I see a lot of early 2000 models still driving around and coming through my service department. It is a reliable vehicle.
