i know these are the stock rims but were these the stock tires or did you change to a fatter size?

I don't think this individual actually owns this car. Unless he purchased it from "David Johnston," the original owner. You can check out his channel. David made a detailed walk through video of the car, when he had it up for sale. But the video is no longer available on his channel. And that's probably because he has already sold the car. But this video is the same as what David uploaded (except it was longer, and you could actually hear David talking). It also had no music. David presently has a midnight silver metallic 2017 Tesla Model S P100D available for sale. But those rims are stock, but not the standard ones. And fatter tires would require wider size rims. Those are the same "optional" rims that David had on the car. So the tires should be the same size.
